You’re invited to discover Pickleball – a sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, while offering plenty of fun and physical activity for all age groups! At Camp Savinja, a Pickleball court is set up just for you – and it’s completely free to use.
No personal equipment is needed to play – paddles and balls are available for free rental at our camp. There’s no need to book in advance either, so you can jump into a spontaneous game anytime – with friends, family, or new acquaintances from the camp.
Pickleball is easy to learn, perfect for beginners, and dynamic enough to challenge experienced sports enthusiasts. Come, give it a try, and see for yourself why this sport is taking the world by storm – now also in the heart of nature by the Savinja River!
Cornhole – a laid-back game for all generations at Camp Savinja!
Find a fun corner at Camp Savinja and try out the popular game of Štrbunk (also known as cornhole)! This simple yet addictive game of tossing bean bags onto a wooden board is perfect for relaxing afternoons, hanging out with friends, or hosting friendly competitions with fellow campers.
The rules are simple – the goal is to toss the bean bag as close as possible to the hole on the board (or right into it!). Štrbunk is great for kids, adults, and everyone in between, as it doesn’t require any special physical skills – just a bit of accuracy and a good mood.
The game set and equipment are available on-site, free of charge, and no prior reservation is needed. Come, play, laugh, and discover why cornhole is one of the most popular social games in camps around the world – now also at Camp Savinja!
