Forest Therapy

A Guided Forest Therapy is a peaceful time spent in nature, focusing on the senses and the present moment.

Connect with nature

A guided forest therapy session usually lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours. Using a proven process, a certified guide helps participants to calm down and establish a relationship with nature and themselves. The process consists of invitations prepared by the guide based on the location and weather conditions.

Do something for your wellbeing

Increasing research in this field is demonstrating the positive effects of nature on humans, such as reduced stress levels, improved immune system, better sleep quality, a stronger relationship between participants and nature and themselves, and much more. The forest is the therapist. The guide opens the door to it.

Forest Therapy – further information and reservations

  • The experience is suitable for children aged 13 and over.
  • The guided forest therapy is performed in groups of 3 to 12 people
  • It is carried out in all seasons, except in dangerous weather conditions (e.g. thunderstorms, very low temperatures).
  • The therapy is performed in English as well.
